After a consultation, we finalize the specifications (design, materials, sewing, metal fittings, etc.). Note that the estimate for wallets and small leather goods varies considerably depending on the design, materials, sewing, and metal fittings used. Once the specifications have been finalized, we issue an estimate.
The material is cut out from a pattern and used as a sample to actually create an initial product.
If, after seeing the sample, there are any areas you are concerned about or wish to change, we will investigate what to implement.
In some cases, we may suggest a second or third sample.
*Note that production costs are required for each new sample.
If you are satisfied with the initial sample, the specifications are finalized at this time. After you indicate the desired production lot (the volume to be manufactured), we will issue a quotation for mass production.
We arrange to obtain the materials necessary for mass production and prepare the molds for cutting. We produce the actual number of lots agreed upon beforehand.
The wallet or small leather good of your dreams is now complete! We then deliver the product to you.
